REO Allegiance was incorporated in 1997 with the objective of providing a single source for managing the moving, eviction and property preservation process. REO Allegiance began by providing services to the North East real estate market, and was quickly recognized for its unique perspective to simplifying the process.
Industry-wide acceptance of REO Allegiance’s solutions quickly positioned it as a provider of tailored REO solutions, and in 2007 REO Allegiance made a firm commitment to declare the company a nationwide vendor. REO Allegiance’s services include a broad array of REO Solutions that embraced new technical platforms and create a greater return on client investment. With the use of new and emerging technology, REO Allegiance has set new standards for its contractors, and established Quality Assurance programs that more effectively protect its client's interests.
